Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:
All orders are shipped UPS Ground Insured, unless the customer upgrades to 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. Early AM delivery is generally only available to large urban centers and business addresses. Saturday delivery may be available for last minute orders, in which case the order must be adjusted over the phone, and special charges will apply. Tracking notification in the form of an automated e-mail from UPS will be sent upon package shipment. For International orders, as well as APO/FPO s, we have the option of shipping USPS. These orders must be called in and taken manually.

We always try our best to make sure all orders are executed within 12-24 hours, but occasionally some orders can take us up to 48 hours. Out-of-Stock products will be kept on backorder, and any partial orders will ship seperately at no extra charge.

Shipping Claims
All claims must be made promptly. All original shipping materials must be kept in order to file a claim. Please inspect all products before discarding packing materials. Attempted claims without original packing materials will be denied.

Returns Policy
Our returns policy is very reasonable. We will accept any merchandise that has been purchased from us, as long as it is in the same brand new condition in which it was shipped. Products that have been installed, noticeably used, or swapped will not be credited, and the customer will have the option of re-acquiring the product by paying return shipping fees.
